Who is the Junior Package for?

The Junior Package is designed for both girls and boys aged 12 and above. Whether they’re just starting their fitness journey or already active, this package offers a structured and engaging way to boost their physical activity. It’s tailored to help juniors improve their fitness levels while enjoying themselves in a supportive and fun environment.

Our goal is to make fitness enjoyable and accessible, encouraging children to stay active while enhancing their overall health, wellness, and confidence. By combining movement with enjoyment, we aim to foster lifelong healthy habits into everyday life.
